As I introduced the four chefs – Chloe Coscarelli, Adam Sobel, Daphne Cheng, and Jay Astafa – to you yesterday they were making their introductions to me as well. Yes, I had never heard of them before. I think I will need to make sure I have some of the less familiar ingredients for the vegan mozzarella cheese. Hmmm, believe it or not…

I rarely cook anymore. I had been vacillating between learning to draw, learn a bit more French than beginner, or learning to cook vegan.I am new to the vegan lifestyle for about 4-5 months. During this time my older daughters, 16 and 18 years old have been educating me and cooking for me. Seriously, I had mostly eaten out, made sandwiches, ate fruit and vegetables raw, and eaten breakfast foods. Oh, and pasta and spaghetti sauce rounded this out.
